Prompt answer to this question increases confidence towards you. You could say Execution and management or you could say about motivating your employees. This is an easy question and you could get through this with a good answer.

When this question is asked, make sure to give best answer. For this question, you could answer like “I would rectify my defects which led to rejection” or you could talk about you previous rejection and how you handled it. This Isa easy question and be sure to answer in such a way that it will give good impression about you to your interviewer.
